A mock trial is a simulated court case that offers a “real life” element to your training. Conducted in a court room environment, three people play the role of witnesses, two people play the role of the Judge and Court Officer, and the remainder of the participants form the jury.
A mock trial delivers an interactive and high impact approach to training. Each case will highlight typical practical and legal failings experienced by most organisations in real life.
