OPERATIONS MANAGER – Consultancy Services

- Tina has worked in the WHS sector since 2007, providing high-level project management and operational support within the consulting realm.
- Her experience is primarily centralised on complex projects, which sees her undertaking all operational facets including scoping, scheduling, allocating, budgeting and reporting.
- Tina has worked with people on all levels across the public and private sector, and continues to manage a diverse range of projects including audits, system development, and large-scale national programs.
- Tina has a solid understanding of WHS and business operations, and leads a network of Consultants on a national basis in the provision of professional services and quality outcomes.

Scott Bruce

Qualifications – Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Cert IV Training and Assessment, Lead OHS Auditor
- Scott is a highly capable and experienced WHS professional. He has demonstrable capabilities in risk management, consultation, auditing, training and complex risk assessments.
- Scott’s extensive understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 and Australian Standards, coupled with his experience in the WHS sector has seen him develop and implement strategies for modern businesses to cope with the stresses created by the maze that can be Work Health and Safety.

- Starting at the Safety Australia Group as the receptionist, Lauren has worked hard and through her dedication to each of her roles, Lauren is now our Resourcing Manager.
