Fair Work Commission President, Justice Iain Ross, released the Commission’s draft anti-bullying Case Management Model, and confirmed Commissioner Peter Hampton as the new anti-bullying Panel Head, in preparation for the introduction of the jurisdiction on 1 January 2014.
