This 3.5 hour online public training course will provide people with foundation level knowledge, tools and methods in the investigation and reporting of incidents and how to actively participate in the process of effective response and management of workplace incidents.
The subjects covered within this course are:
- Understanding Work Health and Safety legislation.
- Incident notification processes.
- Developing an Investigation Plan.
- Initial responses to meet requirements.
- How to conduct an investigation:
– Evidence collection;
– Root cause analysis;
– Identifying contributing factors. - Analyzing Information to identify underlying causes and practical prevention measures.
- Developing a report including findings and recommendations.
All our trainers are qualified and experienced WHS Consultants who have worked across many industry sectors.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Remote delivery by zoom.
