This full day training course will provide a general induction to work health and safety legislation, processes and best practices for all workers and managers.

It is specifically designed to provide understanding of the roles and responsibilities under the safety legislation and suitable for participants at all levels of the organisation. On completing this course participants will be able to:

• An understanding of the safe work approach to safety issues in the workplace
• A basic understanding of the safety legislation with a focus on
  • Duties
  • Obligations
• The risk management process
• How to contribute to the maintenance of Safe Methods of Work and Injury Prevention

This course is delivered publicly by experienced and qualified safety facilitators and includes a variety of training delivery methods designed to suit the working environment and the participants needs.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
