Workplace Bullying … you don’t want to end up in the court room

The Safety Australia Group will be hosting a simulated Workplace Bullying court case with renowned former State Prosecutor Bruce Whitehead. 

Through this interactive court case, you have the opportunity to be involved and become one of three people playing the role of witnesses who will be cross-examined, look through the eyes of the judge or be part of the jury where you will form a verdict for the trial.

A mock trial engages participants to challenge their thinking through:

• A realistic scenario that most people can identify with;
• Identifying potential risks including gaps in systems and processes;
• Reflecting on cultural vulnerabilities;
• Highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement; and
• Showcasing how laws are practically interpreted and the effect this can have on your organisation.
