Delivered by our Executive Coach Joe, the session focused on building practical leadership capability and strengthening a proactive safety culture.

The Training addressed the core structure of safety in a workplace, Learning how to appreciate and approach, Collaboration with my colleagues.
Tricia was really engaging and very flexible with running the session. Very easy to work with and overall no problems at all. I also really appreciated the background work Tricia did before the session and contacting us to discuss how to incorporate our specific contractor management protocol into the training which really made the difference for us.
