By making some simple changes to your workstation ergonomics such as work posture; screen height, positioning of your mouse and keyboard, desk layout, lighting and how often you have breaks are just a few changes that will assist your organisation in reducing injuries.
Workstation ergonomics assessment and training can help your organisation to reduce the financial burden of time off work from injured workers and avoid increased workers compensation premiums.
